Networks issue
For this particular occasion a special stream on "Network Design" will also be
organized. A collection of selected papers of this stream will be published in
a special issue of "Networks", to be edited by Luis Gouveia,
University of Lisbon and Stefan Voß , University of Hamburg.
For this issue the authors are encouraged to submit a paper electronically to
Opti2004@fc.ul.pt.
The deadline for submission is the 28th of July.
